Bill Payment

Tridell Lapoint Water Improvement District offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.  Payments are credited the day they are received in the office.  

Payment By Online

If paying your bill Online just click the green "Pay Your Bill Now" button and follow the prompts.  You may also set up an Auto Bill payment through Xpress Bill Pay (XBP).  Payments made through XBP are credited on the day they are made.

Payment By Mail

If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.  Payments received in mail on Friday or Saturday are credited to the following business day, same for Holidays.

Payment Drop-off Location

You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, checks, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy. We also have drop boxes located at the Liberty Corner gas station and the Lapoint Country Store for your convenience.  Payments made to the office after 2pm will be credited to the next business day.  Payments made to either of the drop boxes in Lapoint need to be there before 12:30 pm, after that they will be credited to the next collection day.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.  These need to be received by the office by the 20th, so please set your due date with your bank to no later then the 18th.

Let's talk billing

Bills are emailed, printed, and mailed as close to the 1st as possible, no later then the 5th.  Payments are due when billed, and late after the 20th.
